Autumn Plant Extravaganza

The Council of Albuquerque Garden Clubs is sponsoring a tree, shrub, and home-dug perennials sale. We will also have great garden related vendors participating, kale, pansies, chrysanthemums, and the Albuquerque Daylily Society will have daylilies for sale.
Saturday, September 18, 2010
from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
While trees, shrubs, and perennials are best planted in the fall in Albuquerque, the stock available at that time is often limited. The Council would like to make available a short list of unusual, hard-to-find trees and shrubs for fall planting. We are limiting the trees and shrubs we sell to 5 varieties of each. Our intent is to offer different trees and shrubs each year. These are regionally appropriate, locally grown trees and shrubs.
We will take orders the day of the sale (9/18) for delivery to the Garden Center parking lot at 10 am the following week (9/25).
The following trees and shrubs are offered for 2010. Most are hardy enough for the East Mountains.
