Requirements

Damage deposit for the package of your choice, no personal checks please
Valid driver’s license and credit card in the renter’s name - corporate cards are accepted.
Signed rental agreement

All damage deposits are fully refunded as long as room(s), and/or gardens are returned in proper condition and all policies and procedures outlined in the rental agreement are adhered to during the event.
